TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a partial or complete order cancellation for any reason (including canceled flights due to the impossibility of refueling), the following non-refundable charges will be billed:
- An order that is canceled under 24 hours before delivery, will incur a payable charge amounting to 50 percent of the price of the order.
- An order that is canceled under 12 hours before delivery, will be charged for the full amount.
All cancellations must be announced in writing to RVN Catering. All purchases made due to the client’s specific requirements will be subject to charging.
CHANGE OF ORDER
All changes to orders confirmed by us (requests for changes in quantity) must be announced at least 24 hours before the delivery deadline. If this is not done, changes that make quantity reductions will still be invoiced for the original amount.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices can be paid in cash in euros (EUR). Credit card payments are also accepted using the following cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
FORCE MAJEURE
RVN Catering will not bear any liability for the non-performance or suspension of its activities which has been directly or indirectly caused by any strike, conflagration, flooding, inability to obtain raw materials, traffic jams, accidents, wars, insurrections, rioting, inclement weather, government statutes or other regulations or causes that prevent the company’s activity and which are beyond RVN catering’s control. In the event that activity is terminated, all deposits paid for undelivered merchandise will be refunded.
